Apply a Template to the Current View

You use this procedure to apply a template to the current view.

To apply a template to the current view, complete the following steps:

1. Access the Templates pop-up.
2. Navigate to the template that you want to apply.
3. Click Apply Template to View. TrafficLIVE displays a message asking if you want to append the items or use them to replace your current data.
4. Do one of the following:
   • Select Apply items from template if you want to apply the saved template schedule. This applies the schedule exactly as it was when the template was created. If the template dates were six months ago, the dates of the schedule added to the job will be, as well. You can then use Shift Schedule to move the schedule to a date that suits your purpose.
   • Click Append to append the items to your current data.
   • Click Replace to replace your current data.
   • Click Cancel to cancel the process without making any changes.
   The template view stages, tasks, purchases, and expenses are applied to the current view.
